Study On Group Management Of Fuzhou Meilun Hotel

Fuzhou Meilun Hotel Group has been formally founded sinceAuguest,2011, transforming hotel management mode from the monomer hotelto the group management. But in the process of implementing the groupmanagement, the problems such as organization construction, managementmode, brand promotion, human resources and the development strategy etc.,have seriously hindered the development and expansion of Fuzhou MeilunHotel Group.This paper mainly uses the comparative analysis, case studies and othermethods to study the hotel group management. It analyzes and researches thedevelopment background and the progress of domestic and international hotelgroup. Meanwhile, it deeply analyzes the present situation of Fuzhou Meilunhotel group management. Moreover, it analyzes the mode selection of themonomer hotel management group management transformation.There are seven parts in this paper.
