In the long history of soybean cultivation and consumption in China, soybean is an important oil crop, but also an important food crops. In the national production of China, soybean is the main source of protein in animal feed especially. With the improvement of living levels in China, China’s demand for soybean oil, soybean protein and soybean meal is increasing, however, the gap between supply and demand of soybean production in China is increasing year by year, at present China has become the world’s first imported country.Heilongjiang province is China’s traditional soybean planting area, soybean planting area accounts for60%of the country’s, production accounts for40%of China’s in2010. Heihe Soybean planting area accounts for a quarter, yield of a third of Heilongjiang Province. Heihe area is located in high latitude region, has fertile land, across the fourth, fifth and sixth accumulated temperature zone, and farmers planted soybean less use of insecticides and fungicides. Along with the Heilongjiang Province planting structure adjustment and farmers planting soybean yields income low, soybean product polarity reduced causing the planting area was reduced year by year. In this paper, though the national authoritative statistical data, authoritative grain statistics website comprehensive analysis the condition of soybean planting in Heilongjiang province and the influence of macro condition of soybean industry; through field investigation and questionnaire, soybean growers in Heihe area were investigated in the present planting conditions and the planting process to clear planting intention of soybean growers in Heihe area, main planting measures and the crux of hinder the improvement of planting level of soybean in Heihe area, analysis of soybean consumer awareness of "Non-GMO soybeans and purchase intention ".The result is:1、 Heihe soybean production is still a decentralized management, although there are good method and seed, but agricultural unreasonable disposition and mechanical horsepower low factors have caused the yield of soybean continuous cropping cannot be further improved, continuous cropping, perennial planting caused by pest increase effect of soybean yield increase.2、 Government guidance and market regulation is not reasonable, the government emphasizes on grain yield, at the same time, opens market regulation of soybean. The soybean cost of Heihe area is much higher than that of soybean imports, under the pressure of the soybean imports, the economic benefits of farmers is low. In the same input, the maize’s income is much higher than soybean. The transgenic soybean price advantage and corn early-maturing varieties have all accelerated the serious atrophy in soybean area. However, the Heihe area is the traditional planting area of soybean, because of farmers’plant habit and climate limit, soybean planting area of Heihe for a long time in the future will still be the main crops.3> Soybean processing industry scale of Heihe area is too small, no soybean deep processing enterprise. The processing of soybean in Heihe area mainly focused on soya oil press, the lack of deep processing enterprise, Heihe soybean to outbound is given priority to, low value-added products.4-Consumers show concern of transgenic soybean as raw materials processed food safety and desire of understanding of genetically modified products, but due to the lack of a formal way to understand, so there are limitations of transgenic soybean and product awareness.
