Study On The Development And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Mechanization In Xifeng County Of Guizhou Province

Xifeng, an agricultural county, is urgently needed the development of agricultural mechanizationfor the absent of labors as the reason of strong labors go other place to work for money. In this paper,the developing potentiality and requirements of agricultural mechanization was tested, reasons andproblems of affected agricultural mechanization in Xifeng was discussed, and the ways of developingagricultural mechanization in Xifeng was suggested after investigated the facts of agriculturalmechanization in Xifeng. The result showed as follow:The situation of the agricultural mechanization in Xifeng, although the agricultural mechanizationwas developed to be an important part in agriculture, served in the fields of farm, forest, breeding,fishery, and etc, but it was still far away from the requirements of modern society for more than80%was singleness, smallness machines.The constraint reasons of agricultural mechanization development were because of the topography,construction and level of productivity, farmer’s ability and income, investment amount, and policy, etc.The potentiality of agricultural mechanization development was mainly affected by topography,soil amount per family, construction of productivity, farmers’ income; cost of agricultural mechanization,policy, etc. Agricultural mechanization could be enhanced by improving soil flattening, productionconstruction, farmers’ income, and benefit policy for farmer, etc. From the development of agriculturalmechanization in Xifeng, the total machine power will up to230000kilowatts, the investment ofimproving agricultural mechanization will up to10000000yuan, and the investment of farmer usingagricultural machine will up to9000000yuan in the year of2015.The suggestions of developing ways of agricultural mechanization were included improvingorganization, finance, science and technology, policy, soil condition etc. after analyzing the condition,construction, and characterization to drive the development of agricultural mechanization in XifengCounty.
