| Since the time that the special financial plan of agriculture industry standard system revision hadbeen implemented by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture in1999, China hasestablished a series of agricultural standard system until now. With the efforts of departments and localgovernments, China has possessed a large number of comprehensive demonstration, demonstration base,demonstration farm and demonstration county, which for the guidelines of agricultural standardization.These areas have strong radiation ability, and have won the good economic, social and ecologicalbenefits. General Secretary Hu had addressed that there would not has agriculture modernizationwithout agricultural standardization in the41times of the political bureau of the CPC central committeecollective study in in April,2007. As the most crucial way to norm production process, solve theproblem of source pollution, enhance agricultural competitiveness and realize modern agriculture,agricultural standardization has been concerned by many scholars, officers in many countries. Theagriculture industry of China is able to acquire experience of further development with the scientific andquantitative evaluation of the role of agricultural standardization. However, the relevant research in thisfield is not rich. Scholars in the study, the contribution rate of agricultural standardization, had primarilyfocused on the qualitative analysis, while quantitative analysis is absent.This study was based on the economics of agricultural standardization and agriculturaltechnological progress contribution rate theory. The comparison analytic method, the fixed effectproduction function, frontier production function and Translog model had conducted. The paper donethe research in the apple industry in shaanxi, and made analysis of detailed nput and output situation offarmers who implemented agricultural standardization. According to the collected data, the studymeasured the contribution rate of agricultural standardization. The calculation mainly included the keyindex measurement and deep analysis of specific working way of agricultural standardization.Meanwhile, the study had carried on the comparative analysis of cost-benefit between apple growerswho implemented standardization and those not. Such research would provide an intuitive impression ofcontribution. At last, the study, based on the analysis and conclusion of the calculation model, hadproposed advice on how to implanted agricultural modernization effectively, to continuingly promotethe development of agricultural modernization and comprehensively enhance market competitiveness athome and abroad of shaanxi apple industry. |
