| With the deepening reform of power system, power supply enterprises are facing the tough challenges on marketing. Especially in recent years, with the economic development, people’s living standards continue to improve. Electricity customers proposed to the products and services provided by power supply enterprises a higher demand. To meet customers’ demands is a necessary condition for the survival of enterprises and the customers’ satisfaction is an important index to measure the level of the service of power supply enterprises, so they are required to study the appropriate marketing strategies for the survival and development of themselves.This paper is a research on Marketing Strategy of TZ Power Supply Company based on the degree of customer satisfaction. Firstly, it studies the relevant theories and development of marketing services and customer satisfaction. Secondly, it analyzes the external environment of the company by using PEST, and then analyzes the company’s opportunities and challenges. Thirdly, it studies the present situation of the marketing services and the evaluation of customer satisfaction of TZ Power Supply Company, finding out the existing problems. Finally, the author puts forward several strategies of marketing based on customer satisfaction. |
