Under this context, some of the well-known foreign management software vendors have entered China’s management software market one by one so that the domestic management software market becomes increasingly competitive. UFIDA Software Co., Ltd(REFERED AS UFIDA), China’s largest local management software vendor, also is the Asia’s largest management software supplier. How to seize the opportunity to expand the enterprise’s competitive advantage in the competitive environment, which is one problem they have to face now. It is also the same for other software companies.In the fierce market economy, there is close relationship between the choice of competitive strategy and the competitiveness of enterprises. Competitive strategy formulation also needs the strong support of financial data. Financial data analysis can make the competitive strategy rational, which can improve the correctness of the competitive strategy selection. In this paper, UFIDA Software Co., Ltd will be as the analysis of the object. This paper will make an objective evaluation of the financial situation of enterprises from the four aspects of profitability, solvency, operational capacity and development capacity through its recent four-year financial statements. it will make comparison with UFINA competitors’ financial indicator in order to find the main problem and gaps in the enterprise’s management.Based on the financial analysis, this paper also put forward some detailed way of implementation combined with the enterprise business background so that the enterprise can use their own advantages to improve weak point and seize the opportunity to see the development.I hope some suggestions in this paper can play a reference role in the development of the company X or other management software company. |
