This is the ruling party will be more efforts to improve people’s livelihood and a clear signal to strengthen the construction of society. Based on this, face to face with theoretical and practical needs, this paper carries on the tentative exploration and research.Marxist theory of distribution is an integral part of the theory of Marxism and Scientific socialism, the Classical economics allocated idea is the main source of Marx’s criticism of the bourgeois classical school of economics representatives Quesnay, Smith, Ricardo’s theory of distribution the basis of inherited their theory on the allocation of reasonable elements.This article first to examine from the Angle of economics and political philosophy theory connotation of efficiency and fairness, and on the distribution theory, using history and logic unified method, reviews and combs the evolution of the distribution system of the People’s Republic of China and analyzes the formation of efficiency and fair contradiction. In Marxist distribution theory and the research of the income distribution system in our country at the same time, focus on practical, unfair problems in fields of distribution are studied, analyzed the causes of these contradictions, and put forward the specific countermeasures. Effectively solve difficulties facing of the income distribution system in our country, the better development of the socialist market economy, the construction of a harmonious society.
