| The mineral resources are the basis of the socio-economic development, are natural resources for human survival, and non-renewable natural resources. With the development of market economy, more and more involved in construction projects constructed over the mineral resources compensation affairs are coming. The Mineral Resources Covered by Constructive Projects ("MRCCP") refers to those mineral resources that can not be explored due to construction projects.If a construction project covers mineral resources, the construction project developer shall compensate to the owner of mineral resources. In this context, the evaluation of MRCCP is of a professional service for the owners of the construction project or the owners of mineral resources. The assessor will provide the value of compensation to the clients.The main research work of this thesis are as follows:1、Research the connotation of the value of mineral resources, and gives a new definition. Introduce the endowment advantage of mineral resources in a concise way. Research the value composition of mineral resources. Discuss the relationship between absolute mine rent, differential mine rent and price, cost, average profit.2、Reviewed the mining rights evaluate theory and the asset evaluation theory.3、Analyze the characteristics of MRCCP involved mining rights assessment.4、Discuss the assessment method which suitable for assessing MRCCP involved mining rights assessment. Based on the theory of asset appraisal, according to the exploration space, put forward the replacement cost method. Correction the calculation formula of the adjustment coefficient of income rights method.5、Put forward the new assessment method when we carry on MRCCP involved mining rights compensated value assessment. It is net profit method and discounted cash flow method composed method. 6、Take the××pipeline engineering constructed over compensation value G coal mine mining right evaluation in Yunnan province as a case to simulate Compensation value evaluation. |
