With the economic globalization, liberalization pace, bank business become more complex, more competitive. Facing the increasingly intensified competition, commercial banks have the implementation of reengineering the bank, hopes of business process reengineering, organization structure, enterprise culture, to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. However, due to the bank reengineering involving strategy, technology, processes, personnel and other factors, makes the reengineering the bank faces many risks, the bank reengineering impact successful implementation, various conflicts among the business process reengineering is one of the main causes of reengineering the bank failure. Therefore, combined with the actual situation of China’s commercial banks in-depth analysis and Empirical Study of Bank Reengineering team conflict in the process, to explore the effective methods of conflict management in the process of reengineering the bank, for the promotion of China’s commercial banks reengineering success implementation has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, research status at home and abroad reviews the development of bank reengineering, discusses the basic content and meaning of bank reengineering, team conflict in reengineering the bank as connecting, linking the two theory of reengineering the bank and conflict management, and integrating it into the framework of a comprehensive concept, relationship and then study the bank reengineering, team conflict, between the staff work efficiency.
