The Study On The R&D Project Management Of New Products In Manufacturing Industry Based On Service Innovation

Manufacturing industry is the dominant sector for economic growth and transformation in China,also is the important basis of the economic and social development, directly reflected a country’s productivity level. Under the background of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the manufacturing enterprises in China develop rapidly, but at the same time, the lack of core competence, research and development, low efficiency, severe resource waste, and many other problems are also increasingly highlighted. To improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, we should attach great importance to the enterprise research and development of new products, improve the level and efficiency of new product development, emphasis on research and development of the agility to respond to rapid change of the market environment.New product development is a complex system engineering, in order to make the R&D program more efficient, on the need for effective management of the new product development process. Therefore, based on the current status of R&D project, through the analysis of manufacturing project management industry research and development of new products under the service innovation processes, namely in the customer and supplier involvement, strategic play inside innovation ability of service innovation. At the same time with the agile adaptation between the research and development of new products and service innovation, and puts forward the basic concept and process of project management of new product manufacturing service innovation based on R&D.On the basis of the above-mentioned theory research,discusses the establishment of virtual R&D organization model,risk management mode, three dimensions of performance evaluation index system based on supply chain strategy, virtual R&D organization, customer experience. At the end,the paper also constructs the development project management information system based on service innovation, from the viewpoint of the development strategy, collaborative manage all R&D projects of the enterprises.
