With excellent location and unique advantages, Qingdao which is located in the blue economic zone of China, is devoted to encouraging its large enterprises like Haier, Hisense to do bigger and stronger and then march on the international market while actively promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in foreign trade industry, information technology industry and manufacturing, etc. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao region makes positive contribution to the prosperity of local market, the information technology innovation and the upgrade of Qingdao region’s industrial structure continuously. It also solves the employment problem of Qingdao area and enriches Qingdao people. But, just like the other small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, the small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao also face the grim problem:financing difficulties, the gap of the funds needed for the development has greatly limits its development potential. In combination with characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprise development in Qingdao to explore suitable ways for small and medium-sized enterprise’s financing and broaden its financing channels become the key point to solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in Qingdao and promote the economic prosperity for the development of Qingdao area.This paper summaries the research results of domestic and foreign scholars about the financing difficult of small and medium-sized enterprise and the analysis of existing problems of the financing way. Then, setting the Qingdao small and medium-sized enterprises for example, analyzes the questionnaire to obtain the information of present situation, problems and reasons of the problems. Besides, this paper also introduces a lot of beneficial exploration made by small and medium-sized enterprise of Qingdao to solve financing problems, including each big bank rolls out small micro loan products and based on the theory of industrial cluster to build up industrial synthesis of small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward to the small and medium-sized enterprises’ financing proposal from their own small business, Banks, financial institutions like mediation and guarantee agencies and government to expect to provide beneficial help to resolve this problem.
