With the globalization of the world economy, in today’s Internet age,organizations exist in an environment of continuous change among those who learnedto convert the organization through effective leadership and strategic control tosurvive and be built to last. Program Management can support for organizationalchange and strategic objectives to achieve. Program Management contains multipleinternal projects, program integrated management contains the life cycle of theprogram, program organization design, and program management elements. ProgramManagement can help organizations to achieve efficient use of resources, reach theimprovement of product quality, and achieve the organizational transformation.This paper discusses the H Company’s transformation of IT systems, base on theCMMI implementation process and delivery of IT products rhythm managementproduct transformation, focuses on the program organizational design, life cycledesign and management elements design in the H Company. The paper also discussesthe advantages of the product quality and organizational efficiency after the operationof the program.The structure of the paper contains seven chapters:The first chapter is to introduce the basic background of the thesis research, andthe basic status of the Program Management in the domestic and abroad.The second chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of the characteristics of theProgram and Program Management, conducts a preliminary introduction for theCCMI.The third Chapter discusses software product operation by the IT-CMMI modelin H Company, and analyzes the responsibility of the role in the operation of softwareproduct development.The forth Chapter focuses on the integrated management model,focuses on theintegration of IT product management organization design, full life-cycle integrateddesign, integrated design management elements based on the delivery of IT-CMMImodel.The fifth chapter focuses explain the goal of product quality and efficiency forthe integrated management of the Program Management in H Company, and discuss the end results of the Program Management in the August version.The sixth chapter discusses the information management in the ProgramManagement and the positive impact of the information management for thecompany’s senior leaders, also discussed how to achieve the organization’s knowledgeinherited after the Program Management.Seventh chapter discusses the results of the April, August, November threeversion Program Management, also summarizes some deficiencies that currentlyexist, for the experience for other companies.
