At present, China’s culture industry accounted for the proportion of China’s GDP isfar less than in the developed countries level. It has a broad developing space. And ourcountry culture industry has developed rapidly in recent years, the net output growthincreasing year by year. But at the same time of rapid development has also exposedsome disadvantages, these disadvantages limit the cultural industry development in ourcountry. Also makes the national government, culture enterprises and the insuranceindustry take active measures to solve these problems. Absorbing foreigncultural-industry insurance experience and achievements.The risk that is difficult to control, no corresponding measures and the difficultfinancing are big problem among the cultural industry development problems, but theseproblems can be addressed by cultural industry insurance. In this paper, based on theabove analysis of these problems and solutions to give suggestions and comments, frommacro and micro two aspects analyzes the effective measures, to provide goodfoundation for the following theoretical analysis.This article is divided into six parts: firstly, the article introduces the definition ofcultural industry and cultural industry development present situation in our country.Andthen analyses the risk profile of the cultural industry and the development of culturalindustry the feasibility and necessity of insurance, the difficulties of the development ofcultural industry insurance after the analysis. Finally, aimed at these problems from twoaspects of micro and macro counter measures analysis respectively, and puts forwardcorresponding opinions of insurance of our country to develop cultural industry.
