The establishment and implementation of the marketing strategy can determine the whole development status in a certain region, which means that it is full of importance for us to study and analyze the marketing strategy. Taking Honeywell China Company as the example, this paper analyses that how Honeywell China Company is adapt to the native Chinese situation and how to carry out marketing campaigns in China with the help of implementing marketing theories. During this process, it also synthetically uses many kinds of marketing methods such as methods of analysis of the external environment of enterprises, methods of formulating company marketing strategy and so on and makes a deep analyze and discussion about the development of Honeywell China Company.The aim of marketing is to create value, attain and maintain customers for companies, which thinks highly of marketing research, collects and summarizes relating information in order to make homologous adjustment and feasible strategies under the circumstance where many uncertainties exist in corporate internal and external environment. The dilated marketing strategy which is an inevitable way for companies to enlarge market share and increase sales is an inevitable choice for an enterprise. The main point of this paper is that how to establish the dilated marketing strategy, how to ensure the implementation of the marketing strategy.The basic form of this article is case study with the theoretical analysis of the implementation of the dilated marketing strategy of Honeywell China Company. There are five parts in this paper:the first one is the exordium, which puts forward the background, meaning, methods and routes of the whole article; the second one is the theory overview, which briefly explains the definition, types and advantages of the dilated marketing strategy; the third one is the case study, which introduces the main situation of Honeywell and Honeywell China Company, its marketing strategies and the actual situations implementing them on the basic of marketing theories; the fourth part is about the analysis of reasons why Honeywell China Company can achieve so much success; the final part is about the influence and importance of Honeywell China Company’s successful dilated marketing strategy for Chinese corporations.
