If an enterprise has no good work habits, must be a mechanism, must not have fair, just, open principle of distribution and the system, without strict sales, establish the scientific salary management consciousness, make compensation to improve staff’s initiative and enthusiasm, improve the enterprise external competitive, attracting talent advantage tool.On the basis of compensation and compensation management theory, to Shenyang passenger transport section for research analysis, to explore the enterprise salary system design.
