The Study Of Anti-smuggling Efficiency Management At Shenyang Taoxian International Airport

As the enhancement of opening-up, as the aviation pivot in Northeast, Shenyang Taoxian International Airport plays more important role in local economic development. Along with the growth of international flights, inbound and outbound passengers, import and export cargo, potentially illegal activities will increase and anti-smuggling situation is more severe. Strengthen efficiency construction of Shenyang airport port is the requirement of rectification and standardization the supervision of airport in the port area, also is the requirement of construction of intelligent customs and realization of the organic unity of customs supervision and efficient operation. This article gives theoretical explanation of efficiency construction of airport anti-smuggling from the point of Shenyang airport anti-smuggling work characteristic and "Three E" theory. According to the present situation of Shenyang airport anti-smuggling efficiency management, and from the aspects of legislation, education and engineering, it gives analysis of problems and causes of the construction of airport port anti-smuggling efficiency.This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the significance, domestic and foreign researches, literature review, research methods and etc. The second chapter is about explanations of related concepts and theories. It mainly introduces the anti-smuggling system, anti-smuggling efficiency and "three E" theory, and explains the application of "Three E" theory in promotion of anti-smuggling efficiency from the aspects of legislation, education and engineering. The third chapter is about the current situation of Shenyang airport anti-smuggling efficiency management. It gives analysis of the current situation from the point of management regulations, management subject, management range, management means and process. The forth chapter analyses problems and causes of Shenyang airport anti-smuggling efficiency management. According to "Three E" theory and from the aspects of legislation, education and engineering, it gives analysis of problems and causes of the construction of airport port anti-smuggling efficiency. Based on the analysis of previous chapters and three aspects of legislation, education and engineering. the fifth chapter lists ways to strengthen Shenyang airport anti-smuggling efficiency management. The sixth chapter gives conclusion of the article.This paper combines the methods of literature research, empirical analysis, theoretical analysis and practical work to give analysis of strengthening the Shenyang airport efficiency management.
