In recent years, Chinese economy grows very fast, China’s production all over the world, which is benefit from the booming OEM model in China. However, the rapid development and constant upgrading of technology brings standardization and modularization which make the competitions among manufacturing enterprises fiercer. With the continuous growth of human cost, the OEM enterprises in our country only get10%of all profit in the whole industry value chain. Nowadays, economic crisis brought development opportunities to Chinese enterprises. After the economic crisis, the OEM enterprises whose exports are affected transfer their sight to domestic market, because the contrast is obvious between the economic depression overseas and economic prosperity at home. The policies of expanding the sale in domestic market also lead to the transformation. They gain high profit and turn to OBM enterprises gradually by using spare production capacity to produce private label products. At the same time, they improve the cooperative relationships with international enterprises persistently.In addition, the competition between enterprises in21st century is no longer limited among enterprises, but also extended to supply chains. The new kind of competition will cause that supply chains to replace enterprises in competitive market, leading the effect factors about the transformation and upgrade of enterprises are not restricted to enterprises any more. But the previous researches about transformations and upgrade are mainly about enterprises factors and external macro factors, each factor is separate from the other without a integral system.There are so many factors affecting the transformation and upgrade of enterprises in China, the purpose of this thesis is to find the universals of the factors and construct the complete index system using supply chain management theory. Then, based on the conclusions of this thesis, enterprises can get guidance about how to allocate resources when they transfer and upgrade and gain some help about how to achieve the transformation and upgrade successfully.Based on the previous related research of OEM enterprises, this thesis concludes the reasons、paths and affecting factors of transformation and upgrade of enterprises. Then, this thesis is innovative with supply chain management from the perspective of the whole supply chain. It links the factors affecting transformation and upgrade of OEM enterprises with supply chain system and provides a scientific and reasonable theoretical framework of effect factors. This thesis also constructs the index system which affects the transformation and upgrade of enterprises from OEM to OBM, and then builds the factor model about transformation and upgrade.In the fourth chapter, the thesis verify the scientific of the index system by using empirical analysis method. It applies SPSS17.0to make factors analysis based on the adjusted data acquiring from questionnaire survey and data statistics. According to the analysis of results, this thesis redefines effect factors, gets the core factors affecting supply chain management, and then, obtain the factor model based upon supply chain management. At last, this thesis select the typical enterprise M to present a comprehensive analysis, stating enterprises how to realize the successful transformation and upgrade by the index system we obtained in this thesis.
