Practices And Improvements Of The Comprehensive Risk Management For The Bank Of Communications

Banks survive and prosper by accepting risk. Whether the effective prevention on various risks can minimize the loss leading by the risk events is crucial for the healthy and stabilization of the bank. With the advance of the financial reform and the development of the financial derivatives and the innovation of the financial instruments, the banks take more operational risks caused by various and complicated factors. Comprehensive risk management becomes the most principal issue of the bank management. In order to promote the development of the bank of communications, we analyze the status of the risk management of the bank of communications based on the in-depth study of the theory of comprehensive risk management and the fruitful research results from a number of scholars at home and abroad as well as our practical experiences in the management of the bank of communications. A series of improvements are given according to our researches on the gap of the comprehensive risk management between the advanced international banks and the bank of communications.The content of this study are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and significance, and research trends at home and abroad, clearly the main content of the article and research methods.
