| Humanbeing are going through the agriculture-oriented economy and industry-oriented economy age, stepping forward to the service-oriented economy era.Every country is going to put focus on the service industry or relevant industries while the industry structure adjusting. Tourism industry is a service collection to satisfy all the activities of tourists,offering food, accommodation, traffic, traveling,shopping,entertainment,to extreme extent, to meet the needs of the customer and achieve the better economy and social benefits.Comparing with the other material products, tourism products features uniformity in terms of production, sales and consumption. Therefore European countries attaches much importance in the formulation of tourism standard to regulate, guide the tourism development.This article adopted some research methods covering the relevant theories and document indexing as well as field research,studying the nature of semi-public goods,the phenomenon of market failure, and orientation of the government. In the light of the comparative study for tourism standard management practices among China and other European countries, to find the differences and existing problems.This article ensured that the tourism standard management in China should position itself in following ways:first, the government fully give the effective implementation in planning and guiding; create the multi-win tourism standard management system; value the market function, well reach the desire of the business; follow the standard produce the policy, improving the standard in a sustainable way;integrate with the international countries, pushing forward the tourism standard management worldwide; set up the standard information platform, strengthening the tourism service level.On the basis of the competitive study between China and other European countries, this article is meant to offer some useful advices and suggestions to accomplish the tourism rapid development. |
