Practice has proved that microfinance is a successful financial poverty alleviation that can be effectivein promoting the growth of household income and realizing a virtuous circle of economic development inrural areas. Deeply analysing the development status of the Xinjiang microcredit and microfinance demandconditions, and taking the city of Manas as an example, this thesis describes the Microfinance demandconditions and the basic factors of restraining microcredit, and obtains an important factor to affect thecounty’s demand for microcredit by modeling and empirical analysis.The thesis deeply studies on the following aspects:(1)Based on the literature review and data collection, in-depth study the development status of theXinjiang Microfinance; analyse the microfinance demand conditions in Xinjiang, the supply situation aswell as the balance between supply and demand situation; summarizes the basic characteristics of theMicrofinance Development in Xinjiang.(2)By the way of reviewing literature and survey method, study deeply on the basic situation of thedevelopment of micro-credit and run status in Manas and analyse a number of factors that inhibit themicrofinance needs of the city’s peasants and the balance between the supply and demand of microcredit inthe city.(3)As a result of data research and literature review, the thesis summed up factors that can affect thedemand for the micro credit in Manas, and specifically designed the questionnaire, conducted fieldinvestigations in Manas by the means of questionnaires and interviews. Then constructs a logistic analysismodel and uses SPSS for automatic analysis on the basics of data statistics and get the factors that affect thedemands of the peasants in Manas for micro credit as a result. These factors are arranged according toimportance, and obtains statistic model by excluding the weak influence of the factors manually. The thesisalso analyzes the conclusions of the model in an economic the view.(4)According to the conclusions and theses important factors that affect the demand for micro credit,the thesis proposed four recommendations: expanding the scope of micro credit services, improving themanagement mechanism of micro-credit, improving the level of information technology of micro credit,and creating a social environment for the development of the micro credit.
