In recent years, the tobacco industry in the macro policies faces relatively seriouschallenges as China’s crackdown deepening. At the same time, the tobacco companyfaces increasing competition along with the continuous development of internaltobacco industry. Human resources planning are not clear so that it can not catch upwith the change of environment and fast adjustment. Therefore, either in the macro ormicro level withe, doing the human resources management optimization design hasthe important theoretical and practical significance.This paper introduced the situation of YZ Tobacco Company and analysis the itscompany strategic according to the investigation about it. Then it described theenterprise development environment and human resource structure, then we analysisand forecast the need and supply of the human resource. On the basis of these studies,we find the problems which YZ Tobacco Company faced, including lack ofconsistency with the strategy for enterprise development, lack of good corporateculture atmosphere, lack of effective incentive salary system, lack of fully effectiveand reasonable employment mechanism and so on. Then under the guidance of thecompany human resource optimization design and goals, for the YZ tobacco companyorganizational structure, recruitment configuration, salary management, performanceevaluation and training system, which belong to five modules, to optimize design.Last, we put forward the YZ tobacco company human resources optimizationimplementation steps and measures, and try to perfect and form the sustainabledevelopment of human resource management system, which help to develop the YZtobacco company’s business.Through optimize the YZ tobacco company human resource management system,this paper not only to improve the YZ company’s human resources managementoverall level has a huge help, but also to have the certain guidance and reference toother tobacco companies in our country and other industries of the human resourcemanagement system of construction.
