Study On Shanghai Urban Community Tourism Development Model

Urban community tourism is being and should be the key strategic way for themetropolis to promote tourism competiveness. Nowadays, China is building aharmonious soeiety and taking community tonrism as an approach to realize theharmonious tourism. However the development of community tourism should notonly focus on the remote or undeveloped areas, but also the urban community.Combining the construction of urban community and tourism development together isundoubtedly an important strategic way for building harmonious city, protecting civilcultural heritage environment, and developing urban tourism.This paper aims to understand and analyze urban community tourismdevelopment mechanism and Shanghai urban community tourism development model.The paper Select the representative community tourism of Shanghai to analyze andprovide theoretical and practical guidances. First, analyze Shanghai urban community tourism development stage.Second, analyze the characteristics of Shanghai urban community tourism from theaspect of location characteristics, the tourist market characteristics, functionalcharacteristics, product characteristics, and resources characteristics. Thirdly, analyzesthe urban community tourism development conditions and problems of Shanghai.Chapter â…£ analyze the driving mechanism of the urban community tourism inShanghai, starting with the analysis of the urban community tourism developmentelements from three angles of the tourists, the tourism industry and tourism space,then analyzes the major participants and finally analyze the dynamic mechanism ofShanghai unban community tourism.Chapter â…¤ is the study and optimzing of the development model in Shanghaiurban communities tourrism. First, put forwards three kinds of development models,and followed the analysis of development background, major participants, management and function by. Then put forwards the optimzing of the developmentmodel for Shanghai urban communities tourism.Chapter VI elaborated the main conclusions of this paper, outlines the limitationsand shortcomings of this study and put forwards the subsequent research prospects.
