| Economic development of the globalization and customer’s individualized needs prompted the enterprises to adapt the project-oriented production pattern. In consideration of the characteristics of the project itself, the complexity of the tasks, and the dynamics of the environment, the problem is much more complex than traditional employee scheduling problems. This paper grasped some significant characteristics of projects, it also has a full consideration of the learning effect and fatigue effect, which are very prevalent in daily working routines. Firstly, analyses how learning effect influence the workers’ working efficiency, and its effect to the entire scheduling process, aiming at minimizing the total cost and the project period, taking staff rest and transfers between different tasks into consideration. Secondly, the paper concentrates on the influence of fatigue effect to workers’ working efficiency and project period in the scheduling model. Besides, relate workers’ rest period in each planning period to their extra working time in the former planning period. Finally, Adaptive Genetic Algorithm is used to prove the effectiveness of the model. |
