Research On Operation Model Of Guarantee Company Based On Risk Pricing

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are very important in national economy and social development, financing difficulty which puzzles the Development of SMEs long-term, how to release the financing difficulties and to promote SMEs with healthy and stable development are the concern of the society common topic. In1999, National Economic and Trading Committee established "Guiding opinion about building SMEs credit guarantee system", our SMEs credit guarantee system has developed quickly, with its unique sense of innovation and credit service function, SMEs credit guarantee system play an irreplaceable role in promoting financing innovation services and releasing the financing difficulties.Our guarantee industry from nothing to something, from weak to strong, has got vigorous development and played an irreplaceable role in solving difficulties with getting financial resources and guarantees. However, because of our guarantee industry starting late, it is still at primary stage. guarantee industry universal exist operation is not standard, risk prevention is not strict, lack of risk mechanism and so on, In addition, the guarantee industry is a high risk, low profit industry, how to effectively control the guarantee industry’s risk is the key factor to promote credit guarantee institution sustainable and stable development. So in the paper, we take H Guarantee Company as the research object, on the basis of the understanding the financing theories, the analysis of the business model in H Guarantee Company and the content of risk management, also, with relevant data, we measure the risk and evaluate the operation effect, and find the effectiveness of the model of the "Credit Factory ", put forward to relevant policy suggestions for the development of credit guarantee institution.
