At present, with China’s deepening reform of economic transformation and expanding domestic demand, tourism as a leading product of the consumer, has provided a broad market for the development of the tourism industry. As a super city in China’s central area, Wuhan attracts more and more tourists to come with its rich tourism resources, superior location conditions and profound culture. In recent years, with China’s travel industry has further development, Wuhan’s travel agency industry also continue to improve itself. The development momentum is overall stability in operation, but also encountered many problems in the development road.Combined with a large number of reliable information provided with Wuhan’s tourism bureau, this paper has used the SCP paradigm the to research Wuhan’s travel agency industry market structure, market conduct and market performance. First of all, this article has analyzed the market concentration, product differentiation, and barriers to entry in Wuhan’s market structure. Study shows that the market structure of tourism industry in Wuhan’ is the low market concentration, product differentiation is not obvious, entry and exit barriers "double low"; Secondly, based on the price behavior, promotions, product innovation, of the tourism industry in Wuhan’s market behavior was analyzed. Research suggests that Wuhan’s travel agency industry market behavior as the price war is prominent, degree of single promotions, product innovation needs to be strengthened; Again, this article has analyzed the reception number, profit targets and market satisfaction in Wuhan’s tourism industry.
