Since the 1990s, China's economic reforms have led to the changes of the country's income distribution and structure. The establishment of the labor market and the development of science and technology speed up economic growth and improve the efficiency and quality of the market economy. From labor-intensive industries to capital-intensive and knowledge-intensive industries, it has exacerbated the community that needs more workers based on knowledge. The knowledge-based workers are in high demand, thus every family is bound to invest more time and money in the education for their children. In this macro backdrop, a new education market - home market was born. Family- education has become a fashion and a hot topic. In the family-education market, on the one hand all participants with different purposes and expectations share some asymmetric information. On the other hand, a lot of market-laws and regulations are not sound . in conclusion, a family-education market is in a chaos.In theory, firstly, in this paper I studied these behaviors of all participants in the family-education market. Then, I analyzed the performance in the family-education market. Finally, I found the relations between the behavior and the performance in the market. Through researches, asymmetric information is a key to solve these problems. At the same time, these behaviors of all participants are based on their information, these transactions mainly depend on the quality and quantity of information, so we can conclude: the behavior = F (asymmetric information). On the other hand, market efficiency of the family-education market is driven by economic conditions and results of the act, people who have information superiority are bound to use their own information superiority for the damage to people who are in a disadvantage of information transactions. Based on this, it is very important for market efficiency to provide more information in the family-education market .with the theory of asymmetric information, These studies aimed to improve the efficiency and solve the mystery of the family education market.As a result of asymmetric information, there are adverse selections and moral hazards in the family-education market .according to this studies, I use the principal-agent theory to solve these problems. Signal transmission model and incentives model can help to solve these problems in the family-education market, Research in the family market performance has been selected by the degree of satisfaction .the brand and management in the family-education company, the quality of teacher's structure in the family-education company and the concepts of family head as well as government support and Control are variables to describe the consumer's satisfaction. In the empirical analysis, As the market behavior and market performance have originated from the changes in market transactions with asymmetric information, studies have shown that if we can integrate the production chain to maximize the symmetry of information and optimize the supply and demand information channels .we save the cost of market transaction so as to improve the performance of the family-education market.
