How to improve the lead time and reduce the cost for each project become two major factors for the enterprises who want to become more competitive among all suppliers which provide equipment for conventional power marketing due to the growing competition on this kind of business.S company was one of the best manufacturers who offer the BFP for the conventional power marketing. The company was opened in2010, the major orders who got was Indian Lanco Amarkantak phase I&II project. The final result of project OTD and cost was far away from our expectation due to the improper time and cost management during phase I project execution, it also affect the overall profit target. After completed analysis and evaluation with internal team as well as take all lessons and experience from phase Ⅰ project, we made great progress and improvement on phase Ⅱ project through cooperated delivery and time management. We made a nice turn over through the phase Ⅱ project execution, it also improve the whole operation performance as well as lead it into a good development trend.This article introduced the actual execution process Lanco Amarkantak project, discuss the application of cooperated management of delivery and cost as well as show the detailed action plans of cooperated management.This article includes six chapters. The background on using cooperated management of delivery and cost is introduced in chapter1. In chapter2, author introduced theory of time management and cost management as well as review of studies. In chapter3, author introduced S company and details of AMARKANTAK phase Ⅰ&Ⅱ project. In chapter4, introduced the detailed project management process of AMAKANTAK phase Ⅰ project and showed the major issues of delivery and cost management. The root cause analysis for these problems was mentioned on the same chapter. In chapter5, introduced the detailed action plans on above problems and showed how to execute the cooperated management of delivery and cost on AMARKANTAK phase Ⅱ project. The final result was showed on the last portion of this chapter. The6th chapter makes a summary of the research of this article and describes the future plan of further investigation.
