| China international electrical center (CIEC) belong to commerce ministry which set up a electrical business wet to domestic and overseas trade. While expanding business, CIEC's office room is not fit it, so STATE COUNCIL agrees on building a Foreign Trade Business Center (FTBC). FTBC is an important project of state whose center is quality different from real estate .To improve the quality, time and cost is closely related.It is important that client look for the balance of time and cost after promoting quality.First, it analyzes the detail conditions about time-cost trade-offs of domestic and overseas which is emphasized the difference in the one of domestic and overseas.Second, it explains the theory of RCTCTP that expounds the hypothesis and model, and establishes the frame of the RCTCTP.Third, it presents the general situation about the FTBC that analyzes the difficult. The FTBC is the important project of the State, which is different from the real estate company. We, not sailed, use this project. So the quality is very important, it is important how to combine the time and cost after the quality is ok.The model of RCTCTP is established until work sequence and work model is broken down. After that, time and cost's alternate is discussed on that indirect cost is different on →0RMB,→10000RMBåŠâ†’2000RMB,→ 3500RMB. The conclusion is that indirect cost is rational between 2000RMB and 3500RMB.In this paper, research on trade—offs between time and cost has been traditionally studied with emphasis on cosU time^ quality management. In this paper, it is studied with 9 area of PMBOK (project management body of knowledge) ,promote client and contractor to understand trade—offs between time and cost. |
