| In recent years, the rapid development of Non-trading Virtual Communities has an important influence on people’s life and work. This paper takes the Non-trading Virtual Communities as the research object. On the basis of existing literatures of non-trading virtual communities and knowledge sharing, the paper seeks to build a conceptual theoretical model of the influencing factors of users’ knowledge sharing in Non-trading Virtual Communities and build a Performance Evaluation System of knowledge sharing. We show and explain the results of correlation analysis derived by using SPSS and AMOS software, and then the hypotheses testing results in particular. The results exhibit that perceptive self-efficacy has a direct and positive influence on knowledge sharing in personal dimensions; senses of belonging and trust have a direct and positive influence on knowledge sharing in environment dimensions; website security and knowledge similarity have a direct and positive influence on knowledge sharing in community dimensions.Based on the research conclusions of AMOS18.0, we finally build an Evaluation System of Knowledge Sharing Performance in non-trading virtual communities, and evaluate the knowledge sharing performance. We find that knowledge sharing level is still at a lower stage and has a high potential development in most non-trading virtual communities; the improvement of knowledge sharing level will promote the development of non-trading virtual communities immensely.Based on the Performance Evaluation System of knowledge sharing, we design the control variables to do research on different kinds of non-trading virtual communities and the different forms of participation. The results show:I. There is no obvious different performance in different kinds of virtual communities. The score of knowledge sharing performance in fantasy communities is higher than that in relationship communities; the score in relationship communities is higher than that in interest communities; but the knowledge quality in fantasy communities is lower than that in relationship and interest communities. II. The performance of knowledge sharing is totally different in the different forms of participation. Among the whole scores, the one’s score who hold the issues initiatively is higher than other participators, and is also the main constructer in the virtual communities. |
