Research On The Constructing Of Building Enterprise’s Green Value Chain

Construction industry has inherent characteristics of high energy consumption, so it plays an important role in the process of sustainable development of human society. Therefore, the adoption of the concept of green value chain and building green value chain which can provide reference for creating green competitiveness for construction enterprise, not only have strategic value to the enterprise, but also an important measure for realizing the sustainable development of society.In the first place, the study described the background and significance, and definite the purposes and main contents of the study on the basis of analyzing the present situation of domestic and foreign related research, after which the research methods and technology roadmap was introduced. Secondly, the theoretical basis and value-added effects of building the green value chain for construction enterprise was revealed, including the theories of sustainable development, green management, value chain, green value chain, etc. On basis of the analysis of the types and characteristics of construction enterprises, the object of the present study-the value chain of general construction contract company was analyzed. The value-added mechanism of construction enterprises green value chain was clarified by combining with concepts of green building and product life-cycle. Building green value chain was not only in favor of reducing the operating costs, carrying out green innovation activities, but also can help to effectively deal with environmental risks, manufacture green barriers for competitors. The enhancement of green image of corporate can contribute to obtain new financing channels, so as to acquire the differentiated competitive advantage. Subsequently, based on the value-added process of green value chain of construction enterprise, value-added activities of it were analyzed, and then the green value chain system of construction enterprise was constructed. According to value-added process, the value-added activities can be divided into two sections:the external green resource input and the internal green appreciation. Therefore the study discussed the construction strategy for the green value chain from both internal and external aspects, and analyzed the strategy from organizational structure green reengineering and business process reengineering, followed by a real estate enterprise in Zhejiang province as an example for empirical research. The most critical point of building external green value chain is to build a green supply chain. The study firstly expounded the connotation of the green supply chain, and then built a green supply chain of construction enterprises on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the supply chain of the construction enterprises, evaluated the appreciation of green supply chain of construction enterprises. Green degree evaluation index system of construction enterprise value chain was set up by evaluation the green degree of following three aspects:internal value chain, external value chain and the product. Finally modern management evaluation method, AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method were used to evaluate the green degree of value chain of W company, and the effectiveness of value chain green degree evaluation process of construction enterprises established in this study was verified. Finally, summed up the main contents and conclusions of the study, and raised the main direction which needs deepen study next step.
