A Research Into The Governmental Functions Of Tourisms Development In Aershan City

For the past few years, under the background of the international development, Tourism has achieved rapid development. However, tourism can be sustained steady and rapid development is closely related to the governmental guidance and support. Since China’s reform and opening up, China’s tourism industry has been adhere to government-led development strategy, this has played an important role in the rapid development of tourism industry in China. Therefore, in the allocation of resources based on market mechanism, the study of how to play a leading role of government in tourism industry has very important practical significance. In conclusion, on the basis of the existing government-led development strategy research, combined with tourism development of Aershan, using SWOT analysis method, considering about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the tourism development of Aershan city and existing problems, which contribution is very low,and there is a large gap between the other places’ developing level, the tourism of Aershan city is in the beginning stage because of imperfect system、weak economic foundation and traditional development conception. In this paper, the theoretical knowledge of the government-led development strategy put forward in the development of the tourism industry, the government should make full use of the concept of leading, policy-driven, management-led and capital-oriented means to solve the existing problems in the tourism development of Aershan city and give a specific countermeasures and suggestions.
