Coal industry, which is one of the most important energy industries of our country,is the mainstay of the national economy and social development of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. The marketing and transport industry is developing rapidly now in Inner Mongolia on the basis of the development of the local coal industry,and has become an important part of the local coal industry. It plays an important role in enlivening the coal circulation, invigorating the coal market, promoting the social employment and creating the economic benefits,Inner Mongolia,which is rich in coal resources,is designated by the state to provide coal for other parts of our country during the12th Five-Year-Plan period.Therefore,the coal marketing and transport industry occupies an important strategic place in ensuring energy supply and energy safety in Inner Mongolia.Large quantities of high-quality coal products need marketing and transporting. The enterprises of coal marketing and transport industry take the responsibility for marketing coal and transporting it to where it is needed. Inner Mongolia Jianye Coal Marketing and Transportation Co.,Ltd. is one of such enterprises.With the rapid development of coal industry,the market competition is so fierce that it is hard for an enterprise to survive and realize the sustainable development. How can Inner Mongolia Jianye Coal Marketing and Transportation Co.,Ltd. achieve success in the fierce competition? The thesis is to make a study and find an answer to this question.Firstly,the thesis introduces the current situation of Inner Mongolia Jianye Coal Marketing and Transportation Co., Ltd.. Secondly it analyzes the comparative advantages and the prominent strategic problems. Thirdly,by using PEST method, it analyzes the macro-enviroment and the industry environment which the company faces in the course of its development. Finally, based on the above analysis and SWOT method,the author of this thesis presents the future strategic choice and implementation measures of the company.In the thesis,the author gives some constructive suggestions for the long-term sustainable development of Inne Mongolia Jianye Coal Marketing and Transportation Co.,Ltd..
