Since2008, our country real estate industry fast development, has become the national economy in a new leading industry.The real estate industry development today, the market environment has undergone tremendous changes.Real estate enterprise quantity growth, the real estate commodity already turned to buyer’s market from seller’s market gradually, the market competition becomes more and more fierce; and on the other hand, the state has adopted a series of macro-control policies to regulate the property market.And strict market access system, to regulate the real estate industry is stable and orderly development.The real estate market has entered a demand-driven stage of development.With the marketization degree is deepened stage by stage, consumer demand for housing improvement.The traditional marketing model has been unable to meet the fierce competition, change constantly, the rapid development of the real estate market demand, so the scientific and accurate application of modem marketing theory, methods for the real estate enterprise is becoming more and more important.This paper proposed the question, the analysis problem, problem-solving ideas.The giant group of real estate marketing environment, using the SWOT analysis method; giant Haicheng real estate market project of fine and target location; in Hohhot is the real estate demand forecast analysis, increase the new perspective of theoretical study on; the final link theory with practice, put forward giant real estate group giant Haicheng project marketing strategy, with the a certain practical reference value.
