On The Development Of China's Rural Poverty Alleviation And Social Justice Perspective

Socialist society should be a society of national mutual prosperity and development, and mutual sharing of the social development achievements. In the primary stage of socialism of China, there are unbalanced economic development, industry monopoly, and the big gap between rich and poor. Among them, the rural poverty sustaining for a long time, and the poverty connected to natural and man-made disasters, are especially striking. Government and society have been paying close attention to agricultural, rural areas’ and farmers’problems, how to help the poor and Chinese rural areas and farmers is the key and basic problem, the solutions to questions are also relate to the sustainable development of economy and social stability.The most difficult and onerous task of building well-off society in an all-round way is in the rural areas, especially poverty-stricken areas. Without moderate prosperity in the countryside, especially in the poor areas, there will be no all-round well-off society. At present, China’s rural poverty alleviation and development is from the stage of adequate food and clothing as the main task to the new stage of strengthening the achievements of food and clothing, speeding up poverty alleviation to become rich, the improvement of ecological environment, improving the ability of development, narrowing the development gap. Our country’s overall level of social and economy is not high, the size of poverty alleviation is large, and with unbalanced regional development, the contradiction is obvious. So, it is a long way for our poverty alleviation and development work to make the rural poverty population eventually out of poverty.In this paper, from the view of political economics and perspective of economic philosophy, through historical research, comparative analysis, literature research methods, I use six parts to analyze rural poverty problems and causes, give advises to solve the problem of poverty in order to contribute to social justice. The first part discusses the social justice and rural poverty related issues, the article illustrates the problems of rural poverty. In the second part, I describe the implementation and theoretical basis of China’s rural poverty alleviation, the development of China’s rural poverty reduction policy evolution and process, and generalization of the achievement of poverty alleviation and existing problems. The third part is about types of China’s rural poverty alleviation patterns, and analysis by synthesis. The forth part also summarizes experiences and practices of poverty alleviation and development. The fifth part analyzes difficulties and challenges to promote China’s rural poverty alleviation and development work. The last part gives a rich road map about the realization of justice to the rural poverty alleviation, and the advice and reference for rural poverty alleviation.
