Therefore development of modern agriculture become hot issues that the theoretical circle and all levels of government focused.With the current status of agricultural production as starting point, this paper firstly elaborated the outcome of problems existing in the current household contract responsibility system and the agricultural project development trend in the future, raised the significance and value of paper; Secondly, briefly reviewed related research on domestic and international feasibility study status and its Concept, content, methods, processes and procedures and combined with the modern agriculture project specific content and method of agricultural project feasibility study; Then, discussed in detail modern agriculture project background, project basic situation, the necessity of project construction and project construction of the basic conditions, and designed standards on construction projects, construction scale, layout, construction tasks, and concrete project construction on Shengping town; Finally, further estimated for the project construction, financed and analyzed economic benefits, and accordingly analyzed and prevented likely to affect the project implementation risk after clear project construction plan.
