Study On The Factors That Restrict The Farmers’ Mail Body Role Playing In The New Rural Construction In Shao Bo Zhen

The construction of socialist new countryside is a great historical task in modernization process in China. It is an important measure to solve the Three Farming problem with Scientific outlook on Development for the party and the country. It is an important assure to the construction of the socialist harmonious society. The farmer is the builders, beneficiaries and managers in the construction of socialist new countryside, whose role whether or not can play well directly related to the construction of socialist new countryside. In recent years, Shao Bo Zhen has achieved some success, because it has been insisting on playing the leading role of the government and respecting the participation of the farmer as the main body.The methods that this paper takes are literature analysis, field survey and questionnaire survey. This article finds a large number of documents from a practical view. Firstly, it expounds the concrete connotation of the farmer as main body. From the definition of farmers’main body role in the new rural construction, this paper answers the question that why we have to develop the farmers’main body role in the new rural construction and its significance. Through information research and data collection, this paper analyzes the current status of rural development in Korea and the United States, summarizing the present situation of academic research in China. Secondly, after researching the status of Shao Bo Zhen’s new rural construction, combined with the field survey, this paper puts forward the factors that affect and restrict the role that farmer play in the new rural construction, that are the farmers’own limitations, basic culture construction needs to be improved, and public opinion propaganda should be strengthened, and so on. Lastly, this paper puts forward the specific measures to sole the problems that restrict the farmers’main body role. Supporting and helping the farmer organizations to promote the farmers’integrated quality. Increasing public opinion propaganda to strengthen farmers’main body consciousness. Promoting the cultural construction in basic organizations and establishing a long-term mechanism to protect farmers’ enthusiasm in the new rural construction. Strengthening the range of education and training to enhance farmers’ability in new rural construction.Through the research and analysis, this paper draws the fowling conclusion. The construction of socialist new countryside has been a key project for out party and country. It’s very important to exert the farmers’ mail body role in the new rural construction; however, there are still some factors that affect the role that farmers play. So we have to take some measures to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, in order to develop this great project fast and well.
