Farmers’specialized cooperative is the joint of vulnerable groups of farmers, the purpose is to enhance the market competitiveness of the members, to improve to withstand market risks for vulnerable groups, to seek benefits for farmers. The direct reason and ultimate purpose that farmers join the cooperatives is to increase revenue, to get more benefits. Farmers’cooperatives have a great impact on the development of cooperatives for the interests of its members, as well as the realization of the benefits of cooperation elements. Cooperatives surplus allocation is an important foundation of the survival and development of farmer cooperatives, cooperatives effectively run the essence of great significance to the healthy development of farmer cooperatives. This article based in a theory of property rights, taking Jiang Su Province as the project, through questionnaires, statistical analysis, and case analysis of income distribution analysis of farmers’cooperatives from accounting financial management perspective, evaluated usufruct achievement of ordinary members and proposed the ordinary members usufruct path. The main conclusions of the paper are as follows:1. There are differences in terms of capital, human resources, natural resources, due to the cooperative members, cooperatives exist within the phenomenon of coexistence of a small number of core members and the majority of ordinary members. The basic decision-making power of Farmers’cooperatives is in the hands of the core members, the ordinary members almost do not participate in the management of the cooperatives. So the question of the distribution of income, ordinary members can not participate in decision-making, so it can not maintain the usufruct.2. The reason which such gains infringement is not clear is that the property rights are unclear. In the beginning of the establishment of farmers’cooperatives, they didn’t take elements such as management, capital, labor factor inputs in certain forms converted into shares, so that members can clearly know their own rights and obligations, caused the situation of the core members’ dominate.3. Cooperatives exist in the distribution of income, the income of the core members have encroachment to ordinary members, the reason is that the core members decided the distribution of income, so they tend to their own interests. The allocation of the revenue generated for state financial support funds and cooperatives operators. This article calculated the discrimination coefficient of the ordinary members’ gains, and estimated the fairness of the income distribution, found that cooperatives discrimination of the majority of ordinary members, violated the usufruct of ordinary members, especially the members who had agricultural dealings with the cooperative, the discrimination coefficient is relatively large. Through the analysis of the tolerance of discrimination, we can know that although the members can get some bidden benefits from the cooperatives, which can increase their tolerance to a certain extent, but when the actual income and deserved income ratio below60%, most members will not be able to endure, when the actual income and deserved income ratio lower than20%, no one can bear it, when we all do not want to see the retirement community, defenses may occur.4. Through the analysis, the author given ordinary members the suggestion to realize the right of return path and specific recommendations, the most important of which is the clear cooperatives within the property rights of the members, so that they can actually become one of the co-operatives, rather than joining the cooperatives on the surface.
