Although since1960s, the movement of equalization between men and women was generalized in Western societies, it remains however many inequalities in politics, public service, economy and business (wages) and even in the educational system.From the earliest years of birth, discrimination can be observed in some parts of the world between male child and female child. Social attitudes and customs encourage a number of parents to provide education for their boys while girls stay at home to do the housework.The consequence is that a high rate of girls and women still illiterate and cannot therefore have a stable job compared to men. Even in progressive societies like China, gender inequalities can easily be viewed especially in terms of wages.These inequalities create frustrations in women. The reason behind this frustration is their victimization which slows down their participation in the entire economic activity.In this study, gender inequalities are highlighted in order to understand their importance according their role and influence on labor market.In addition, inequality is analyzed according to their incomes with justification.This analysis is based on investigative and interview. The goal is to determine various factors that have negative effects in the working environment.
