Research On Lean Supply Logistics Mode Of Manufacturing Enterprises In The Supply Chain Integration Environment

Manufacturing has been the important pillar of social and economic developmentin our country, it take the important position in national economy in our country. Underthe trend of supply chain integration, as the customer’s personalized demand ofmanufacturing enterprise’s products raises quickly in recent years, the marketcompetition of manufacturing industry is growing up. Manufacturing enterprises mustbe more fast corresponding to the change of market demand. On the perspective ofsupply chain integration, manufacturing enterprises must strengthen with the upstreamand downstream enterprises to establish a good strategic and cooperative partnership,they must enhance the efficiency of information flow, logistics and cash flow. Variousmanufacturing enterprises must strengthen the management of upstream suppliers, theyhave to select the supplier with enough competition ability in order to meet the needsof their procurement supply and ensure the lean production. At the same time, they alsohave to cut down the costs in the supply chain inventory and distribution, they mustreduce the logistics costs of supply chain and improve the efficiency of their supplychain. Therefore, this article mainly does research on the lean operation managementof manufacturing enterprise in the supply logistics link under the environment ofsupply chain integration.First, the paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and the foundation of thesupply chain integration. Besides, it says the application of lean thinking in the field ofmodern logistics under supply chain integration environment.Then the paper constructs the supplier evaluation index system meeting therequirements of lean manufacturing under the environment of supply chain integration,and afterwards it establish a model to evaluate the good partners selection of themanufacturing enterprise suppliers, based on the improved TOPSIS method.Finally, for the Inventory transportation integration of manufacturing enterprises,this paper constructs two kinds of distributed and centralized VMI model that containsinventory distribution integration, and the two model were analyzed. In the end,thepaper does the verification of supplies’ choice and the integration of the VMIoperation In the J company as a example.
