Reverse logistics originated in the human environmental consciousness and theneeds of sustainable development under the condition of scarcity of resource in modernlogistics industry. The recycled products in remanufacturing reverse logistics have somere-using value. It included the process not only from consumption back to production, but also from production to consumption.First, the reverse logistics at this stage was divided into that in the field ofproduction and in the consumer sectors. It gave an analysis about the recycled productsin consumer sectors. On the basis of the product manufacturers, third-party serviceprovides as main body, a new reverse logistics network that main body is productrecyclers is put forward. This network was given at the case of product recyclers, sextensively existing. And then,it analyzed the two stage of recyclable reverse logisticsnetwork which was the stage of recovery and handling, and the stage ofremanufacturing and re-sales. Then this paper builded the process elements of therecyclable reverse logistics network.Second, according to the condition that the basis of establishing independentprogramming model is a higher transport cost and lower total cost of logistics for everrecovery conditions, this paper determined the background conditions of the model. Finally, based on the uncertain environment, this paper established an independentplanning model. It considered the costs of the logistics in the entire stage, and analyzedthe question of receptivity of customers about remanufactured goods. The receptivitywas reflected by the difference between the distribution of remanufactured products andthe amount of demand under certain conditions. At the end, it gave an practicalexamples about waste home appliances of Chongqing to validate the validity of themodel, and got a conclusion of facility location under optimal conditions.
