The Research Of The Combination Of ERP And Total Quality Management

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the international trade, more and moreenterprises have gradually clearly understand if the enterprise want to survive andsucceed in the huge international market, the service and the quality of the productsprovided by the enterprise is the key advantages, pursue high quality products andservices of the highest corresponding with the customer satisfaction are already theworldwide consensus.At present, ERP system often appears a same problem among many enterprises inChina: the total quality management system has not been able to gathering in the ERPsystem, but exist as a separate function module.So, this paper do the research on the complementary and coordination on innerrelationship analysis and research, points out the technology and the theory ofintegrated necessity and feasibility on the combination of ERP system and totalquality management system, and build up the integration model of ERP system andtotal quality management system, and give the corresponding implementation plan.This paper is composed of the following five parts:(1) the domestic and foreignresearch status of ERP system and total quality management system, and points outthe study frame;(2) discuss and points out the problems of the domestic enterpriseimplement on ERP system, compare with the total quality management system, thispaper demonstrates the feasibility and the necessity of the combination of the totalquality management system and ERP system;(3) this paper does the research on thecombination of the ERP system and total quality management system in three ways:the culture design, the technology design and the process design to establish thecombination model of the ERP system and total quality management system.(4) thispaper expounds the specific implementation methods on the ERP quality managementsystem based on the TQM system;(5) take the integrated structure procurementmodule as an example for empirical analysis discusses the ERP quality managementsystem based on the TQM system.
