This topic is a study for the case of application, and the object is T company. At the earlytime of the purchase E product from LH, the product appears ceaselessly the batch of qualityaccident, seriously affected the normal operation of the T companies (e.g. production assemblyline long downtime, higher operational cost).In the6σ improvement project implementation process, this paper adopts6σ improvementmode of unified standards: DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, and control) in fivestages. In each phase of the promotion, and adopt some6σ management analysis methods andtools, such as: Pareto diagram (Pareto), high-end program process (SIPOC), measurementsystem analysis (MSA), analysis of variance (ANOVA), process capability index (CPK) etc.Through6σ (six sigma) management theory and methods in practical production of theenterprise in the success of the application, The6σ improve the CPK of E product from below3σquality level to above5σ, meanwhile the heat treatment and assembly OEE increase8%from72%to80%. It is to be saved969,225RMB through the6σ project successful implementing in Tcompany.Finally, there are the five key factors decide the6Sigma project to be successfulimplemented. Leadership commitment and involvement, the corresponging basic safeguardmechanism, complete members culture establishment, and enterprise development strategy ofconsistent, suit one’s measures to local conditions.
