A company is a first-degree parts supplier of Otis.As the increasing of theorder,but has been also under the old management mode and no correspondingmanagement system reform, various problems frequently appear in A company, suchas not on time deliveries, high return rate and a steady stream of customercomplains,etc. However, managers in A company analysis the problems notobjectively and effectively, leading to take the wrong solution.So, the companycreated more serious business crisis.In view of the current crisis the enterprise is facing, A company decided tomake order management as focul point to enhance customer service level. If theywill pay equal attention to on time delivery and product quality,they will providestrong guarantee for winning orders for the enterprise. From the Angle of businessprocess optimization, through optimization of each child process, on the base ofresolving the delivery delay and the slow speed of customer response, this paper willpromote the product delivery ability and improve the operational level.Fundamentally we will solve the management problem the company is existing andimprove customer satisfaction to the maximum.Then,we will win the customer’s trustagain.Based on the thought of BPR, with the aid of UML as a tool, according to thebasic principle of process optimization (ESIA), we will optimize the orderfulfillment work flow of A company. Firstly, the order fulfillment work flow of A company is divided into five phases:quotation, order review and recorded,production plan and purchasing, order execution, order delivery and check. we willrespectively describe the existing process of the five phase, and model withUML,draw use case diagram, state diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram;Secondly, through these models we have built, we will analyse the existing processesand find out the existing problems in every phase;Thirdly,we will put forward areasonable optimization scheme and propose the corresponding supporting measuresfrom three aspects:the organization structure, training,and performanceappraisal.Finally, we will select key process from five child process using the keyfactor method and analysis the data of key process before and after optimization tocarry on the comparative.Finally, we will evaluate the optimization effect based onthe result.
