Taking Hebei Province for example, conduct the analysis of the present and correlation and parse the industry chain of agricultural products processing industry. Finally, taking Chengde Boya Agriculture and Animal Husbandry developing corporation for example, the paper analyses the sub-sectors of agricultural products processing industry, researches the model and the stability of the corporation, points out the problems and put forward the policy proposals for the corporation.
