With China’s rapid economic development, private enterprises grew rapidly, occupyan important place in our economy. However, human resource management issues haveincreasingly become a bottleneck restricting the sustainable development of privateenterprise, how to enable enterprises to continue to maintain their vitality, and improvetheir own competitiveness, the key question is how to solve the human resourcemanagement issues of private enterprises. Compensation management in a modern marketeconomy has become an important part of corporate human resources management incountries that have a huge impact on the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly researches on compensation management of Pangda group, It wasdivided into Introduction and theoretical basis, the status and problems, measures andsafeguard measures, and conclusions of four parts.First of all, we introduce the concept definition and related theory. Researchbackground, explanation of the significance, combing the research status of domestic andinternational compensation management, refining the idea of his study to introduce theresearch methods used in this study and research. At the same time, to make research moreorganized, and define the relevant concepts, and describes the relevant theory ofcompensation management, and build the theoretical basis of this study.Followed, based on the introduction of large auto group survey foundation,emphatically expounds the salary management’s present situation, pointed out that thegroup salary design failed to reflect the enterprise development strategy, employee lacksscientific analysis, lack of performance evaluation, staff salary structure is unreasonable,neglects to the executives and the special talent incentive mechanism problem, and furtherexplore the reasons causing these problems.Again, the paper concludes staff remuneration system of Pangda group, on the basisof a clear guiding ideology and principles of design, through staff salary survey, clarity ofits design process, and divided into different groups of employees and productionemployees, the pay system design, build a complete system of Pangda groups pay. Thesame time, measures the protect proposal from the different angles of the system, organization, to ensure that its pay system to achieve tangible results.Finally, based on the overall analysis, put forward to study the argument andexperience. At the same time, then the shortages existed in the research undertakescombing, to the next research is prospected, so that in future studies can be improved, sothat the study has systematically, thus the practice operation to provide more usefulsuggestions.
