The Study Of Financial Risk Evaluation Of Coal Enterprises In The Context Of Low-carbon

The coal industry is one of Chinese major energy industries. It has been facing manyproblems during its development. In particular, the policy of low-carbon economy hasbeen implemented in China, which brought new challenges for the development andmanagement of the coal enterprises. This article studies the financial risks of the coalenterprises in the context of low-carbon economy from financial risk perspective.Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of this research. Thispaper review the research results at home and abroad and found that foreign researchfocuses on the influencing factors of low-carbon economy and domestic scholars havealready paid attention to the sustainable development of the coal enterprises, which can beconsidered the exploration of local enterprises,low-carbon development. This paperattempts to evaluate the financial risk of the coal enterprises in the context of low-carboneconomy on the basis of previous studies.Secondly, this paper outlines the basic concepts and theories of basic research. On thebasis of related theories, this article determines the concept of low-carbon economy, whichis a model of development. This paper defines the basic concepts of financial risk andsummarizes the characteristics and types of financial risk.Thirdly, this paper introduces the risk transmission mechanism and studies theinfluences of financial risk management environment of coal enterprises. This articleanalyzes the changes of financial management environment of coal enterprise on the basisof risk transmission mechanism, which includes policy change, the change of financialenvironment and legal change. After the above analysis, this paper considers coalcompanies should give up the traditional financial management objective and should adoptthe financial objective of sustainable development.Fourthly, the paper constructs the financial risk evaluation index system of coalenterprises in the context of low-carbon economy. The index system includes the fiveaspects, which embrace solvency, cash flow capacity, operating capacity, profitability anddevelopment capacity. And this index system includes21secondary indicators totally Finally, this paper will analyze the financial data of listed coal enterprises by themethod of actor analysis and cluster analysis and evaluate the financial risks of coalenterprises from macro and micro perspective. This paper will propose measures based onthe results of the analysis.
