China’s shadow banking is still in its early stages of development,with lower leverage andthe degree of securitization,it is mainly expressed as bank-trust cooperation, entrusted loans,trust loans, private lending and so on.With the growing size of China’s shadow banking and theoutbreak of the storm of financial products and private lending chaos in recent years,shadowbanking was brought to the cusp.The CBRC executives indicated in the2011annual meetingthat shadow banking, government financing platform risk, real estate credit risk are three majorrisks facing the banking industry in2012.So it is absolutely necessary to study the impact ofsize of the shadow banking on the stability of the banking system.This article is based on our reality,analyzes China’s shadow banking of Chinesecharacteristics,emphasizes on the impact on the stability of the banking system inChina.Through empirical research we can see the two is not the relations of simply promotionor hinder,there is a threshold value.So we should treat our shadow banking dialectically.We cannot laissez-faire,but also can not blindly restrict and prohibit,we must correctly guide itsstandardization,take efforts to enable it to promote the stability of the banking system andnational positive development.
