In the21st century, because of the speeding up of economic globalization andheating up of enterprise external competition, the internal and external environment ofmodern organization has become changeable and dynamic complexity. In this complexenvironment, how to make employees be adapt to the complex environment, keeplearning and innovative to improve human resources advantage, is one of the problementerprises urgently need to solve now. What’s more, training is an important way ofpromoting the human capital value, and good training system is the guarantee oftraining efficiency. Therefore, geared to the needs of adaptive performance, in thisarticle, based on QFD tools, we have studied the method, the process and the designscheme optimization of training system design, and according to the actual situation ofcompany A, the suitable training system has been designed and training system platformhas been constructed. The main content of the paper is as follows:First of all, the research situation at home and abroad was analyzed andsummarized, the research direction, research purpose and significance was cleared; andresearch ideas and innovations of this article were generalized, the research content wasfurther defined.Second, after adaptability performance theory have been studied, the adaptiveperformance structure under the background of training management was analyzed; andon the basis of process of training system design in the general was known, the overalldesign process and technology scheme of training system oriented adaptiveperformance were proposed.Then, the QFD of general steps and methods were analyzed; with combining theoverall training system design process above, the detailed training system designprocess model based on QFD was constructed; then the quantitative analysis of thedesign of training system was realized by the use of rough set theory to solve the aboveprocess model’s parameters.Once again, by using the KANO model and forecast theory, the optimizationprocess of training system was put forward, and in terms of optimized process,classified method and satisfaction evaluation of training system design elements, andoptimization method for determining the decision variables were given.Finally, the above research results were applied to company A. With the diagnosticanalysis about the present situation of company A training system being made, we have used QFD, adaptive performance theory, rough set theory, KANO model and forecasttheory to make the company A’s training system designed and scheme optimized, whichaimed at the problem of diagnosis, and then company A’s training system platform wasbuilt.
