With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration ofthe economic globalization,the market competition of manufacturing industry willbecome more and more fierce,the competitions among enterprises have transformed tothe supply chain’s.This may require enterprises to deliver customer-centricsupply-chain management pattern in which enterprise resources are integrated andcoordinated, strategic partner are willing to powerful alliances with together,information will to be integrated and sharing which will realize to respond rapidly tochanging demands in today’s competitive markets. However, the way of informationtransfer between enterprise and its partners the paper and fax which is poor timelinessand synchronism.The most of enterprises implement ERP、CRM、SCM systems,butthose systems are restricted to apply within the boundaries of an enterprise and do nothave interfaces between enterprise and customer,enterprise and partner, which maynot achieve information sharing among them.It’s time to smash information barriersamong enterprises of the supply chain so that may achieve information sharing andsystem integration.In the1990s, Computer Network Technology which is based on the Internet iswidely used, E-commerce emerges as the times require and the pace of InternationalEconomic Globalization is accelerating, wihch required perfect information sharingmechanism of supply chain management which may realize informationcommunication each link of supply chain smooth. E-commerce will provide technicalsupport for supply chain management to achieve information communication andensure that the infomation of the products logistics, information flow, capital flow isaccurate. Consequently, the practicable plan of requirements, production and deliveryshould be formulated, it helps cut costs,shorten ordering trade cycle, promote supplychain management efficiency, improve decision-making and investment performance.The paper introduce the basic concept of E-commerce and SCM systematically,and explores the questions in the supply chain management in manufacturingindustry, and gives suggestions of solving the problems, and analyzes thedevelopment condition of the electronic commerce in manufacturing industrytoday,and discusses the necessity and feasibily of integrating supply chainmanagement and electronic business. Based on the previous study,the model andoperation system of integrating supply chain management and electronic business are proposed. Combined with supply chain management situation in F enterprise, theproblems faced by F enterprise which implements integration of supply chainmanagement and electronic business, and the corresponding solutions.
