Among the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, real estate fortourism is getting more and more attention. Real estate for tourism is the real estateproject developed in some specific space which is also linked tightly with the tourismplaces. Currently the academic research in this field is mainly on the definitionelements development mode and so on which lags quite behind the industry practice.At the same time high quality research is quite rare but in great demand. The keyquestion to be answered is how to measure the devotion which the tourism gives tothe real estate. The essay focuses on the key question to be solved with the researchstarting from judging the relationship between the two related industries. Somequantity methods are used according to the purpose of the research such as thestatistical analysis method grey system evaluation method and timing valuedevaluation method.Some statistical analysis and evaluation methods are used to explore therelationship between the China’s real estate and tourism industry includingco-integration test smooth test Granger test timing weighted model and so on. And thecase study method is also used which the Dali and the project locating in this city arecited as examples. The results of this study mainly includes two parts. The first partuses macro data from the time dimension to describe the phenomenon of simultaneousdevelopment between the two industries. Then the promotion index of the twoindustries is built to explore the regional differences. The main conclusion includes: inthe long term, there is stable equilibrium relationship between the two industries; inlogic the two industries promote each other, with a strong positive industrial relations;there are significant differences in each province promote industry while thecoefficient ranges from0.01to0.39; the variation of coefficient among provinces isgetting larger; the coefficient among the provinces is quite different while the westernareas is biggest and the lowest is the western area.
